Delivery Information

Free Standard Delivery* (Normally £3.99)

We aim to despatch, all orders that are in stock and ordered before 3pm, on the day of receiving your order. This non guaranteed service is normally delivered within 3 - 5 working days but can take upto 15 days for delivery once despatched from our warehouse. If any item is out of stock and cannot be despatched we will inform you of the reason for delay, along with a proposed delivery date.

On the day of despatch you will receive an email confirming all the details of your delivery. We will not charge your credit or debit card until your order is ready to leave our fulfilment centre.

We welcome orders to BFPO addresses, and when applicable, no VAT will be charged for these orders. Some of our delivery methods require a signature on receipt of delivery. 

*Free Delivery applies to UK mainland addresses only, other addresses will be charged at our standard delivery of £3.99. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

48hr Delivery - Weekdays - Only £1.99

Our 48hr Express Delivery service is only available for goods that are in stock at time of ordering. Orders for this service may be placed by phone or via our website before 3pm. Orders placed on a Friday (after 3pm), weekend or Bank Holiday will be processed the next working day (Mon - Fri). All 48hr Guaranteed Delivery orders require a signature on receipt of delivery and are despatched via DHL.

24hr Delivery - Weekdays - Only £3.99

Our 24hr  Express Delivery service is only available for goods that are in stock at time of ordering. Orders for this service may be placed by phone or via our website before 3pm. Orders placed on a Friday (after 3pm), weekend or Bank Holiday will be processed the next working day (Mon - Fri). All 24hr Express Delivery orders require a signature on receipt of delivery and are despatched via DHL.

24hr Delivery - Saturdays - £13.99

Our 24hr Saturday service is only available for goods that are in stock at time of ordering. Orders for this service may be placed by phone or via our website before 3pm. All parcels delivered on a Saturday require a signature on receipt of delivery.

On the day of despatch you will receive an email confirming all the details of your delivery. We will not charge your credit or debit card until your order is ready to leave our fulfilment centre.

How We Deliver It

Orders are despatched using either Royal Mail or DHL depending on the service and time of year. For Next Day Delivery a signature will be required upon delivery.
Please Note: At this time we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, so any delivery to such an address will not be able to be processed. * This rate is for UK mainland deliveries.

International Delivery
